- •Partner with Product, Design, and stakeholders to align on priorities and success metrics.
- •Mentor engineers, contribute to architectural discussions, and maintain high engineering quality standards.
- •Requirements 2+ years of first-line engineering management experience.
- •Experience leading teams in billing/licensing or governance/observability domains.
- •Strong people leadership skills, including coaching and feedback.
- •Composure and effectiveness in fast-moving environments.
- •Hands-on software engineering background with technical credibility.
- •Comfort being hands-on when needed to support the team.
- •Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Design.
- •Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
