TL;DR
Design and build core agentic infrastructure and agents at Tensec.
- •You'll own the shared agentic infrastructure and agents at Tensec, designing and building core systems and shipping features end to end.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and build core agentic infrastructure Build, ship, and operate agents for financial workflows Ship product features from backend to experiences Drive build versus buy decisions on third-party components Build evaluation and monitoring systems Requirements 5+ years of backend software engineering Experience with agentic systems or LLM-powered workflows Strong product sense and fundamentals Comfort with infrastructure thinking and hands-on product iteration Experience in an early-stage startup or demonstrated ability to work at that pace
