- •Gridware is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to design and develop state-of-the-art wireless communication systems for grid management.
- •This role involves hands-on work with RF architecture, design, integration, and manufacturing.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead bring-up and production of physical layer wireless communication systems.
- •Design and simulate wireless systems optimized for ultra-low power applications.
- •Perform link budget modeling and system-level performance analysis.
- •Integrate and validate wireless technologies such as cellular, low power mesh networking, NTN, GPS, Wi-Fi, BLE, and LoRa.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze RF telemetry data and optimize wireless network performance.
- •Requirements BSEE (or higher) with 5+ years of experience in RF systems design and debug.
- •Strong hands-on experience in lab environments including RF conducted measurements, OTA testing, and rework.
- •Experience in cellular and/or low power mesh networks.
- •Proven experience with RF manufacturing line testing, fixture development, and validation.
- •Comfortable scripting in Python or similar for RF test automation and data analysis.
