About the role
TL;DR
Manage and train staff at a new Insomnia Cookies bakery in Minneapolis.
- •Insomnia Cookies is hiring for a Store Manager in Training at their new Minneapolis bakery.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts.
- •Supervise, train, and coach team members.
- •Lead new staff onboarding and initial training.
- •Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires.
- •Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling.
- •Hold staff accountable to company standards.
- •Ensure upselling and excellent customer service.
- •Requirements At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- •Prior experience conducting in-person interviews.
- •Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
- •Ability to utilize MS Office and our Applicant Tracking System.
- •Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States.
