- •Bumble Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Integrity Operations Specialist to join their Trust Operations team within the new Scaled Abuse pillar.
- •This role involves investigating complex moderation reports and building expertise in the Integrity & Authenticity harm domain.
- •Key Responsibilities Investigate and take action on user reports related to safety concerns, specifically Spam, Scam & Fraud.
- •Handle a high volume of cases with strong attention to detail, balancing efficiency with thoughtful decision-making.
- •Navigate new workflows and less defined cases, making independent decisions using available guidance and sound judgment.
- •Share observations and insights to improve operational processes and overall safety outcomes.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to escalate complex cases and provide feedback on moderation tooling.
- •Requirements 1-2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, customer support, crisis response, or content moderation, ideally with a focus on Spam, Scam & Fraud.
- •Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- •Operate with an analytical mindset, investigating complex cases and tracking emerging trends.
- •Comfortable working within established processes and navigating less structured tasks independently.
- •Confident using digital tools and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
