- •Key Responsibilities Own UX for A1's core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web.
- •Design complete user flows for AI-assisted tasks, including intent capture, progress tracking, and error recovery.
- •Map and design the full range of AI states a user encounters.
- •Conduct usability research to understand user trust, uncertainty, and disengagement.
- •Produce wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- •Requirements Experience as a UX designer on consumer mobile or web apps with a strong portfolio.
- •Solid skills in user flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
- •Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent systems.
- •Clear thinking about user trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven product experiences.
- •Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions.
