TL;DR

- •Flora Fresh is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting, and lead a small accounting team while strengthening financial processes and controls.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, and cash management.
- •Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- •Develop and implement a formal credit department and credit approval process.
- •Serve as the primary accounting lead for the company's ERP system, Comet.
- •Requirements 5+ years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- •Prior experience supervising accounting staff.
- •Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, and month-end close processes.
- •Experience working within ERP systems and accounting software.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
