About the role
Manage procurement of robot fleet components and spare parts, ensuring operational uptime.
- •As a Purchasing Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day procurement of components, spare parts, and consumables to ensure Coco's robot fleet remains operational.
- •You will be responsible for the entire purchase order lifecycle and building strong supplier relationships.
- •Key Responsibilities Create, issue, and track purchase orders for maintenance and repair components.
- •Manage open order books with suppliers, confirming pricing and lead times.
- •Monitor spare parts inventory levels and trigger replenishment.
- •Source and qualify new and alternate suppliers.
- •Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities with vendors.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
- •Working knowledge of the purchase order lifecycle.
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
