- •Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Global Sourcing Manager, Metals to be the domain expert for metals commodities.
- •This role is crucial for securing critical components and materials, developing new supplier partnerships, and improving product technology, cost, and quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute commodity strategies for raw metals, focusing on cost reduction, technology development, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience.
- •Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing processes for raw metals, owning the business relationship with external suppliers.
- •Partner with Engineering and Suppliers to influence technical design specs and manufacturing requirements.
- •Negotiate key agreements with suppliers for pricing, quality, flexibility, delivery, and payment terms.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field. 10+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management of raw metals, and/or sourcing engineering.
- •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
