- •We’re hiring a Product Engineer to help world-class financial institutions automate their backoffice.
- •This hands-on role involves building and iterating on new product features from concept to production.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and launch new product features from concept to production Rapidly prototype and test ideas with customers Use AI-powered tools to accelerate development Apply strong computer science fundamentals to design efficient systems Develop high-quality applications using modern JavaScript frameworks Thrive in high-pressure environments, delivering reliable solutions on time Contribute to product strategy by turning ambiguous user needs into clear technical direction Requirements 2+ years experience in a high performing engineering team Ability to move quickly and prioritize learning over perfection Curious, resourceful, and unafraid to ask “why” when things aren’t clear Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by solving problems that don’t have obvious answers Proficient in modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Python, or similar) Fluent in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to brainstorm, prototype, and accelerate iteration Collaborative, thoughtful communicator who makes people around you better Bonus: Experience in fintech, data-heavy workflows, or workflow automation
