About the role
TL;DR
Senior Quoting Analyst to ensure accurate renewal quotes and streamline processes.
- •As a Senior Quoting Analyst on the Global Renewal Team, you will ensure accurate quoting for upcoming renewals, align expiration dates, and streamline the renewal process.
- •You will also identify and report on refresh/upgrade opportunities to secure revenue and minimize contract value reduction.
- •Key Responsibilities Validate and send renewal quotes early in partnership with Renewal Reps.
- •Ensure accuracy of renewal data, including prior changes, price increases, and SKU/contractual terms.
- •Manage and validate a pipeline of upcoming renewals and opportunities.
- •Review and verify accuracy of upgrades executed by field and inside account teams.
- •Identify potential flip/refresh/upgrade opportunities early in the renewal cycle.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in Renewals Quoting Operations supporting renewal reps.
- •Solid Salesforce aptitude.
- •Ability to organize and prioritize activities.
- •Strong oral and written communication skills.
- •Organizational, follow-up, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
