- •Base is looking for a Deployment Operations Specialist to support the complex work of deployment operations as we launch partnerships with new utilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Own daily pipeline health across partner queues Coordinate handoffs between the field team and partners Support utility interconnection agreement processes end-to-end Serve as the primary point of contact with utility partners Build and maintain relationships with utility reps Build weekly install, commissioning, and pipeline performance metrics Coordinate with Deployments, Field Ops, and Partnerships Requirements 1-2 years in operations, program management, or partnerships Experience working with utility companies Comfortable owning a CRM (HubSpot or similar) Strong written communicator Track record of building relationships with external partners Organized and detail-oriented Experience in energy, utilities, construction, or field services operations preferred
