- •Thesis is seeking an AI-first Retention Product Manager to own the customer's post-purchase product experience and the operating systems behind retention programs.
- •This role involves app and portal onboarding, subscription management, post-purchase education, loyalty and referral programs, and AI-enabled production and QA workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Own retention-impacting product surfaces like onboarding and subscription management.
- •Design and operate AI-enabled production systems for retention workflows.
- •Translate retention strategy into product requirements and ship improvements.
- •Run experiments spanning product and lifecycle touchpoints.
- •Build and operate loyalty, referral, and advocacy programs.
- •Requirements Experience spanning lifecycle marketing and product management.
- •Demonstrated AI-native working style.
- •Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
- •Solid Klaviyo (or equivalent ESP) skills.
- •Strong experimentation instincts.
