- •As a Senior Hardware Product Manager, you will lead the development of our hardware product portfolio.

- •with broad responsibility for defining, building, and launching innovative hardware solutions that enable our mission.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Gridware’s hardware products, from concept and requirements through development, manufacturing, and launch Develop and maintain hardware product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and customer needs Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and prioritization Requirements Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field 7+ years of professional experience, ideally in hardware product management or closely related technical roles Strong technical acumen in hardware systems (e.g. electronics, mechanical assemblies, sensors, embedded systems, etc.)
