TL;DR
Lead the Supply Growth pod to accelerate property activations and drive scalable marketplace growth through data-driven product initiatives.
- •PadSplit is hiring a Product Manager to lead the Supply Growth pod within the Marketplace team.
- •You will define and execute a roadmap that accelerates property activations and unlocks scalable supply growth through data-driven decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Define product vision and strategy for the Supply Growth domain based on customer insights.
- •Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to launch high-impact growth initiatives.
- •Analyze funnel metrics and activation KPIs to identify opportunities and measure impact.
- •Lead agile rituals including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user discovery sessions.
- •Requirements 4+ years of product management experience driving measurable business outcomes.
- •Experience in marketplace businesses, real estate, or supply-constrained environments.
- •Strong command of acquisition funnels and the ability to write SQL queries.
- •Demonstrated experience scoping, launching, and evaluating product experiments.
