About the role
TL;DR
Partner with sales to provide technical expertise and design solutions for enterprise clients.
- •Verkada is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Auckland with expertise in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, Networking, Linux, Security Surveillance, and Access Control.
- •You will partner with Account Executives to expand Verkada's presence in Fortune 500 companies.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted technical advisor to key customer stakeholders.
- •Analyze customer requirements and design system solutions using Verkada products.
- •Collaborate with the Sales team to assess opportunities and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- •Lead product demonstrations and deliver engaging presentations.
- •Act as the Verkada technical Subject Matter Expert.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information and Computer Technology, Cybersecurity, or related Engineering field.
- •Solid understanding of TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, and L2 devices.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation abilities.
- •Experience with IT infrastructure, Linux operating systems, APIs, and Python preferred.
- •Industry certifications are a plus.
