TL;DR
Lead national expansion of a hyperlocal delivery network, managing operations and team performance.
- •Lead the national expansion of Meesho's Latent Last Mile network, a hyperlocal delivery model leveraging "latent" capacity from individuals like shopkeepers and students to earn secondary income.
- •This national-level role reports into senior leadership, shaping operations strategy for scaling across India.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and execute the strategy for scaling the Latent Last Mile network nationally.
- •Design and refine partner onboarding processes to grow and sustain the delivery network.
- •Own service quality and cost metrics for last-mile operations, driving continuous improvement.
- •Build and lead a team of cluster managers and team leads, setting vision and managing performance.
- •Identify operational gaps and drive data-led process improvements.
- •Requirements Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline. 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or hyperlocal delivery.
- •Proven experience in process design and operations implementation within logistics or supply chain management.
- •People leadership experience, ideally managing frontline workforces.
- •Strong structured problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, customer-first mindset.
