- •9fin is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support its growing US team, making it easier for commercial teams to excel.
- •This role involves troubleshooting and optimizing the deal cycle, ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce, and contributing to process improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end sales process, including opportunities, quoting, renewals, and amendments.
- •Act as the first point of contact for Sales on operational questions and troubleshoot process/tooling issues.
- •Maintain and improve data quality in Salesforce, including identifying and merging duplicates.
- •Apply a strong understanding of SaaS commercial concepts and metrics.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient deal movement.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial operations role, ideally in SaaS.
- •Experience supporting sales processes such as opportunity management and quoting.
- •Strong familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- •Good understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and commercial deal structures.
- •Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
