- •GeoComply is seeking a Legal Counsel to manage complex legal projects and serve as a trusted business partner across commercial and operational functions.
- •Key Responsibilities Reviewing, drafting, interpreting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- •Developing and implementing comprehensive legal strategy and activities across various commercial functions.
- •Advising on privacy and data protection initiatives.
- •Supporting the company on employment, intellectual property, and other legal matters.
- •Managing relationships with strategic commercial counterparties.
- •Requirements Law degree from a highly-ranked university and full qualification to practice law in an in-house environment in North America. 3 to 8 years of experience as a lawyer in a top-tier law firm or in-house department.
- •Experience with privacy, data protection, and commercial contracts.
- •Comfortable working with outside resources, contractors, and legal counsel.
- •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
