About the role
TL;DR
Lead the architecture and development of an AI-native Digital Experience Platform.
- •Nubank is building an AI-first platform ecosystem called Digital Experience Platform (DXP) to accelerate product development.
- •DXP aims to close the "Creation Gap" and "Workflow Gap" by making AI-native tooling the default for designing, building, and shipping experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect the DXP Studio pipeline for Figma-to-BDC code generation.
- •Lead AI agent integration and orchestration within DXP.
- •Own the DXP Dictionary and knowledge architecture for Nubank-aware agents.
- •Drive cross-platform integration with NuDS, BDC/Core, HPP, and App Excellence.
- •Establish automated quality enforcement for generated experiences.
- •Requirements Genuine obsession with AI tools and workflows, with hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
- •Strong software architecture skills for platform systems integrating AI/LLM capabilities.
- •Deep understanding of design-to-code pipelines and design systems.
- •Practical experience with AI/LLM integration in software products.
- •Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
