About the role
TL;DR
Lead AI and digital transformation, building and driving adoption of automation solutions.
- •TISSIUM is transitioning from AI experimentation to embedding automation and AI into its core operations.
- •This role will define and execute the company's AI and digital transformation strategy, identifying value creation opportunities and building impactful solutions across all functions.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain and evolve existing automations and digital tools.
- •Identify and assess opportunities for leveraging digital cross-functionally.
- •Build automations, integrations, and internal tools to remove manual work.
- •Deliver MVPs (AI-powered tools, workflows, services) used daily by teams.
- •Drive company-wide GenAI adoption through training and coaching.
- •Requirements 5-10 years of experience in hands-on engineering, AI, automation, or digital/operational roles.
- •Proven ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption.
- •Hands-on builder comfortable coding in Python (or similar) to build, integrate, and automate.
- •Practical experience with LLMs / GenAI (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering).
- •Comfortable operating as the sole or primary technical person in a non-technical environment.
