TL;DR
Lead AI development, owning the full lifecycle of AI agent-based features.
- •We are looking for a Master AI Developer who views Artificial Intelligence not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for redefining how software is built.
- •You won't just be writing code; you will be leading a dedicated cell responsible for the entire lifecycle of new features using AI agents—from refining high-level requirements to building the underlying infrastructure, deploying, and monitoring.
- •Key Responsibilities Analyze and refine high-level business requirements, transforming them into robust technical architectures.
- •Design, develop, and evolve AI agents and frameworks that automate complex workflows.
- •Act as the primary technical point of contact for international clients.
- •Build, maintain, and scale the backend and frontend components that house your AI solutions.
- •Implement comprehensive testing automation and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- •Requirements Proven Full-Stack Experience in Backend (Python/Node.js/Go), Frontend (React/Next.js), and Database design.
- •Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- •Expertise in automated testing frameworks for non-deterministic AI outputs.
- •Deep experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt and context engineering, and multi-agent systems.
- •Proven experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen.
