Lead Site Engineer to oversee site activities, ensure workflow adherence, and coordinate with clients.
- •XYZ Reality is seeking a Lead Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site team activities, ensure workflow adherence, and coordinate between the site team and clients.
- •This role involves performing core Site Engineer tasks such as progress capture and quality inspections.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily activities of Site Engineers and Graduate Site Engineers.
- •Ensure team members follow company workflows, QA procedures, and data capture standards.
- •Drive adoption of the XYZ platform among client teams and stakeholders.
- •Conduct progress tracking against BIM models using XYZ’s Augmented Reality Device.
- •Perform on-site QA inspections and record findings within the XYZ platform.
- •Requirements Experience working on large scale construction projects.
- •Experience supervising or coordinating small teams.
- •Understanding of construction drawings, BIM models, and site workflows.
- •Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and client stakeholders.
- •Comfortable using digital construction tools and new technologies.
