- •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely invoice payment Provide professional support to new and existing customers regarding AR related questions Make collection calls and take collection actions as needed Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, orders, and channel teams Support the accounting team with month-end close activities related to AR Requirements Bachelor's degree (BA/BBA/BS) from an accredited four-year university 2+ years of accounts receivable experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to complete tasks accurately while thriving in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
