- •We are seeking a senior Program Manager to own network capacity management and near term capacity enabling initiatives.
- •This role is responsible for maximizing the utilization of our fulfillment network, refining capacity and throughput models, and leading high impact operational programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Capacity strategy ownership: Define and own the end-to-end capacity management strategy across the fulfillment network.
- •Logic and framework ownership: Own the logic layer of capacity management including the decision rules, slotting frameworks, replenishment logic, and analytical models.
- •Model development and refinement: Build and continuously improve capacity, throughput, and scenario models to inform near-term and long-range planning decisions.
- •Requirements Deep analytical rigor and strong systems thinking.
- •Ability to influence across Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology.
- •Subject matter expert in capacity strategy.
