About the role
TL;DR
Manage R&D onboarding and operational programs for Asana's Product and Engineering teams.
- •We're looking for a Program Manager to join our R&D Operations team in Warsaw and own the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of our R&D Onboarding program.
- •You'll build and maintain the systems, rhythms, and infrastructure that give every new hire in R&D a consistent, well-orchestrated first-weeks experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own scheduling and coordination for R&D Onboarding, managing cohort planning, session logistics, and calendar systems.
- •Maintain scalable program infrastructure by owning Asana projects, templates, and tracking systems.
- •Measure program effectiveness and use data to iterate and improve continuously.
- •Identify and close operational gaps by spotting coordination breakdowns and proposing scalable fixes.
- •Drive execution of cross-functional R&D programs end-to-end.
- •Requirements Demonstrated experience in program or project coordination, with a track record of owning scheduling, logistics, and operational workflows.
- •Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- •Clear, structured communication skills.
