About the role
TL;DR
Lead dbt evaluation, implementation, and adoption for enterprise clients.
- •Fivetran is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join the Field Engineering team.
- •This role focuses on leading the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of dbt for enterprise and major customers, ensuring seamless data pipeline design and product adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Become an expert in designing enterprise-grade data pipelines with dbt Cloud.
- •Guide customers through proof-of-concept implementations and trials of dbt Cloud.
- •Own the full customer lifecycle from pre-sale evaluation to product adoption and expansion.
- •Build close relationships with Partners (Snowflake, AWS, Databricks) and enable them to adopt and implement dbt.
- •Requirements 4+ years of sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting in data operations, analytics, or BI.
- •Solid technical background with experience in SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
- •Firm understanding of modern data warehousing architectures.
- •Ability to gather and translate technical and business requirements into concrete solutions.
