TL;DR
Lead engineering and facilities strategy for Hims & Hers' pharmacy fulfillment network.
- •Hims & Hers is seeking a Vice President of Engineering & Facilities to define and scale the engineering systems, infrastructure, and technical capabilities that power their compounding and pharmacy fulfillment network.
- •This leader will own the design and evolution of their end-to-end engineering ecosystem, spanning facility design, cleanrooms, utilities, automation, manufacturing systems, and material flow.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and lead the enterprise engineering strategy across compounding, pharmacy, and fulfillment operations.
- •Lead the design, expansion, commissioning, and ongoing support of regulated manufacturing and pharmacy facilities, including cleanrooms.
- •Own and optimize large-scale capital investment planning, including facility builds, automation, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure programs.
- •Partner closely with Quality, Pharmacy, and Operations to ensure engineering designs and systems meet applicable cGMP, FDA, Board of Pharmacy, and USP requirements.
- •Build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary engineering and facilities organization across a multi-site network.
- •Requirements 12+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in facilities engineering, manufacturing engineering, technical services, operations engineering, or a related discipline.
- •Proven experience building and scaling engineering organizations and leading through senior technical and people leaders across multiple sites.
- •Strong facilities and infrastructure experience, including cleanrooms or similarly controlled environments, HVAC, electrical systems, utilities, equipment installation, and facility expansion.
- •Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or comparable multidisciplinary technical experience.
- •Demonstrated ownership of large-scale capital programs, including facility builds, automation, equipment, and infrastructure investments.
