  • As Senior Director, Program Management, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of complex, high-stakes projects.
  • You own the end-to-end program lifecycle
  • from initial scope and planning through final delivery
  • ensuring every cross-functional effort stays aligned with HeartFlow's long-term vision.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead and direct multiple cross-functional program teams through the full lifecycle of complex initiatives, owning strategy, execution, and delivery.
  • Define program strategy, timelines, and resource plans that meet business objectives, and drive teams to execute against them.
  • Partner across functions to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and decisions throughout each program.
  • Build and implement risk management and contingency plans to keep programs on track.
  • Communicate program status, priorities, and decisions clearly and consistently to team members and stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. 10+ years of program/project management experience, including 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device or healthcare) strongly preferred.
  • Track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
