- •Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of major frontend components and systems Make critical decisions about component architecture, state management, and technology choices Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code that serves millions of users Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural mentorship to help other engineers Work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to ensure technical solutions align with business goals Requirements 8+ years building production-grade web applications with modern frontend frameworks Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development Strong experience with Ant Design component library and Storybook Deep understanding of performance optimization, state management, and React ecosystem best practices Proficient with building and maintaining component libraries
