About the role
TL;DR
Senior Product Manager to build and own the clinical product surface, including EHR and integrations.
- •This role exists to build toward creating clinical workflows that are fast, intuitive, and designed around the clinician's day, so every session can truly be their best work.
- •You will own the full clinical product surface: our EHR (NextGen), external platform integrations, self-built clinical tooling, and the interface with clinical operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Design a vision for world-class clinical experience.
- •Own the clinical systems roadmap and establish product governance.
- •Evaluate AI and third-party tools with rigor.
- •Measure the benefit in terms that matter.
- •Requirements 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in healthcare or clinical tools.
- •Preferred hands-on EHR experience (NextGen, Epic, AdvancedMD or Athena).
- •Familiarity with healthcare systems integration (HL7, FHIR, API-based).
- •A track record of building product practice from scratch.
- •AI literacy applied practically.
