Drive doctor activation, analyze performance, build scalable operations, and support strategic initiatives.
- •You'll work at the intersection of growth, operations, product, and customer experience.
- •You'll spend time understanding our doctors, analyzing performance data, improving onboarding and activation, designing scalable processes, and helping leadership make better decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Guide doctors through onboarding, from signup to successful activation Build dashboards and reports that help leadership understand business performance Design and improve processes that enable Leona to scale efficiently Conduct market and competitive research Support leadership on high-priority strategic projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort working with data and learning new tools quickly Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL is a plus
