- •Halter is seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to join their team as a Field Operations and Infrastructure Specialist, becoming one of Halter's first hires in South America.
- •This role involves building an efficient operating system from scratch, visiting establishments, and ensuring hardware infrastructure runs smoothly.
- •Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair Halter's installed infrastructure.
- •Diagnose hardware issues and communicate findings to the relevant team.
- •Assist with Halter implementations at customer sites.
- •Share field learnings with Product and Engineering teams.
- •Participate in global technical on-call rotations.
- •Requirements Hands-on experience with tools, electricity, construction, networks, or equipment installation.
- •Experience in South American livestock production is essential.
- •Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- •Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
