- •The Senior Implementation Consultant, Payroll will drive value to OpenGov customers by delivering complete, quick, and smooth implementations.
- •This role requires advanced product knowledge in Payroll, HRIS, or Workforce Management solutions to align with customer objectives and promote maximum value for their investment.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead complex, end-to-end implementation projects, including data gathering, configuration, and training.
- •Serve as the primary technical and strategic advisor to customers, ensuring smooth deployment.
- •Analyze customer requirements and collaborate to develop tailored solutions that simplify and automate workflows.
- •Develop deep expertise in governmental processes across multiple states to meet diverse customer needs.
- •Gather customer feedback and feature requests to contribute to product discussions.
- •Requirements 5+ years of software implementation consulting experience with ERP platforms.
- •Advanced knowledge of analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial data.
- •Proficiency in training customers on software solutions.
- •Advanced Excel skills (functions/formulas, v-lookup, pivot tables).
- •Strong skills in conceptualization, modeling, and design for efficient solutions.
