About the role
TL;DR
Provide expert customer support to Benelux merchants via multiple channels.
- •As the Customer Solution Specialist for the Benelux region, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking B2B merchants, handling everything from onboarding questions to complex shipping escalations with speed and clarity.
- •You will manage a multichannel queue across calls, live chat, and tickets, ensuring quality and responsiveness.
- •Key Responsibilities Support Dutch-speaking merchants across calls, live chat, and tickets, resolving issues related to shipping, tracking, returns, and platform functionality.
- •Guide customers through the Sendcloud platform with confidence and clarity.
- •Own your queue with urgency and accountability, treating every open ticket as a merchant waiting.
- •Identify recurring pain points and escalate them with clear context to help fix issues upstream.
- •Build deep product knowledge across the carrier ecosystem and integrations.
- •Requirements Full professional proficiency in Dutch: spoken and written.
- •Strong multitasking ability, comfortable managing multiple simultaneous conversations across different channels.
- •Based in the Netherlands.
- •Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but attitude and communication skills are valued over resume length.
- •Comfortable with digital tools and able to learn new platforms quickly.
