- •Develop and implement standardized playbooks and processes.
- •Own executive-level relationships with client stakeholders.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Engineering.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in client delivery, forward deployment, or solution consulting.
- •Proven success leading complex, global enterprise deployments.
- •Experience building operational systems that enable scaling client delivery teams.
- •Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing cross-functional teams.
- •Executive presence and excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
