- •Miter is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Launch to lead and coach a team of 6-8 Strategic Launch Managers.
- •This role involves overseeing complex customer implementations, acting as a senior point of contact for strategic accounts, and partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to scale Miter's implementation model.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 6-8 Strategic Launch Managers on complex, high-ACV implementations.
- •Set and coach to a high standard for strategic account delivery from kickoff to go-live.
- •Own escalation resolution on strategic accounts.
- •Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to scale the implementation model.
- •Drive repeatability while maintaining bespoke execution for strategic customers.
- •Requirements 5+ years managing implementation or delivery teams at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- •Track record of building repeatable processes for high-variability customer work.
- •Experience as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership.
- •Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- •Exceptional patience and resilience in high-pressure environments.
