- •Enpal is seeking a Training & Development Manager to design and deliver practical sales and leadership training programs.
- •You will analyze performance data to derive targeted development measures and create modern learning materials.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and deliver practical sales training for various experience levels.
- •Develop and moderate leadership training for team leads and sales managers.
- •Conduct presence, online, and hybrid training formats, including blended learning.
- •Coach and develop performance through shadowings and individual measures.
- •Analyze KPIs and performance data to derive targeted training measures.
- •Requirements 3-7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or Learning & Development.
- •Strong knowledge of B2B or Performance Sales.
- •Experience in conducting sales and leadership training.
- •Experience with presence, online, and blended learning formats is ideal.
