- •Join Salsify as a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage US payroll operations and help build a global payroll function.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end multi-state US payroll processing.
- •Ensure payroll is processed accurately, compliantly, and on time.
- •Maintain strong payroll controls through regular audits and reconciliations.
- •Administer regulated payroll components including 401(k) contributions and benefit deductions.
- •Support the evolution of Salsify's global payroll operating model.
- •Requirements Proven experience in payroll operations.
- •Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- •Experience with Workday Payroll is a plus.
- •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
