Technical Trainer to shape and develop wire harness technicians.
- •Senra Systems is seeking a Technical Trainer to shape the next generation of wire harness technicians for the aerospace and defense industry.
- •This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching through doing, making complex processes clear, and inspiring confidence on the production floor.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead classroom training sessions and provide on-the-job coaching.
- •Deliver structured, clear, and engaging training aligned with company standards.
- •Provide direct, constructive feedback and foster a safe learning environment.
- •Collect feedback to refine training content and recommend curriculum updates.
- •Requirements 8+ years of hands-on experience in wire harness assembly. 3+ years of direct experience as a Technical Trainer in a production environment.
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
- •Comfortable working across departments (Engineering, Quality, Production).
