- •WHOOP is seeking a Research Manager to lead the Distributed Research team, responsible for large-scale decentralized data collections.
- •This role will drive research strategy, mentor researchers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection capabilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of researchers.
- •Define and execute the functional strategy for Distributed Research.
- •Partner with Program Managers to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand research objectives.
- •Partner with the Research Platform team to improve technologies and workflows.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in remote study management, research operations, or a related field. 2+ years directly managing and developing individual contributors.
- •Experience partnering with program management, product, engineering, or research platform teams.
- •Strong understanding of survey science and distributed research methodologies.
- •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
