TL;DR
Manage and optimize a VTC vehicle fleet, ensuring administrative compliance and operational efficiency.
- •Fleetch is a Franco-Ivorian company that offers vehicle rentals to professional drivers.
- •The team's mission is to optimize fleet management and driver activity on vehicles.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor administrative documents related to the fleet (insurance, registration, vignette, parking permit, etc.).
- •Track vehicle maintenance and repairs with fleet managers and workshops.
- •Minimize vehicle downtime during garage stays.
- •Manage and follow up on claims with insurance and workshops.
- •Ensure the conformity and validity of administrative documents with the police and other state agencies.
- •Requirements Experience in large-scale automotive fleet management.
- •Proficiency with IT tools and daily reporting.
- •Organized and rigorous, able to manage multiple files in parallel and prioritize.
- •Proactive and autonomous, with a desire to make an impact and take initiative.
- •Hardworking, willing to go into the field and be involved in all operational aspects within your scope.
