Drive technical and strategic success for customer accounts in cyber threat intelligence.
- •Recorded Future is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Account Manager to drive the technical and strategic success of a portfolio of customer accounts.
- •You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex intelligence and security concepts into tangible customer value and ensuring customers fully realize the benefits of Recorded Future's Intelligence Cloud.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical and strategic success of assigned customer accounts throughout their intelligence journey.
- •Partner with customers to define and deliver high-value intelligence-led outcomes using Recorded Future's platform and services.
- •Monitor and drive intelligence platform adoption, analyze usage patterns, and conduct executive/technical business reviews.
- •Proactively identify and mitigate risks to account health and renewal, and identify growth opportunities.
- •Serve as the primary technical liaison, collaborating with customer security teams on configuration, data integration, and optimization.
- •Requirements 5+ years of consulting or customer-facing cyber threat intelligence, security operations, or cyber advisory roles.
- •Excellent understanding of intelligence principles, concepts, frameworks, and tradecraft, with technical fluency in intelligence platforms, APIs, and security integrations.
- •Professional proficiency in Korean (speaking, reading, writing) is essential.
- •Proven success in account health management, risk mitigation, retention, and growth.
