About the role
TL;DR
Security Engineer at Bynder, focusing on cloud security and application security.
- •Join Bynder's Security team to help leading brands deliver exceptional content experiences securely.
- •Key Responsibilities Plan and execute penetration tests on web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- •Embed security across the full SDLC, leading threat modeling and vulnerability remediation.
- •Own and evolve our cloud security posture, working with Wiz to drive risk prioritization and misconfiguration remediation.
- •Champion security controls within our CI/CD pipelines, integrating IaC scanning and SAST.
- •Support security incident response, investigation, containment guidance, and post-incident review.
- •Requirements 3-7 years of hands-on experience in application security, cloud security, or a broad security engineering role.
- •Proven experience conducting penetration tests on web applications, APIs, and/or cloud environments.
- •Solid understanding of AWS security: IAM, VPC design, cloud-native architecture.
- •Familiarity with application security testing tools (SAST, DAST) and a practical understanding of DevSecOps.
- •Strong communication skills, able to explain security risks clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
