About the role
TL;DR
Lead the strategy and development of Faire's experimentation platform.
- •Faire is seeking a highly experienced technical leader to specialize in experimentation infrastructure.
- •This role will influence and interact with all users of experiments functionality at Faire, defining and executing a technology roadmap and setting design and usage patterns in the experimentation space.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and execute long-term strategy for experimentation and measurement company-wide.
- •Establish and develop a technology roadmap for a centralized experimentation platform.
- •Partner with Strategy and Analytics, Product Management, and Data Science groups.
- •Requirements Extensive software engineering experience with a strong focus on experimentation and analytics infrastructure.
- •Deep understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and feature rollout techniques.
- •Experience implementing and operating experimentation platforms (Eppo experience valuable).
- •Strong knowledge of modern data stacks (Snowflake and Databricks experience valuable).
