About the role
TL;DR
Manage test and DevOps engineers, own CI/CD, and drive test automation for medical device software.
- •CoMind is developing a non-invasive neuromonitoring technology to revolutionize brain disorder diagnosis and treatment.
- •This role involves leading a team of test and DevOps engineers, driving technical direction, and ensuring reliable software for medical devices.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor DevOps and test engineers, setting priorities and development plans.
- •Own the CI/CD strategy and build/release infrastructure across the software stack.
- •Define and drive the software V&V and test automation strategy.
- •Establish compliance-as-code workflows for regulatory standards.
- •Own cloud-side data pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in software, DevOps, or test engineering, with 3+ years in management/lead role.
- •Proven experience leading DevOps, test, platform, or infrastructure teams.
- •Strong hands-on background in CI/CD, build systems, and test automation.
- •Experience with embedded Linux build and deployment (Yocto-based preferred).
- •Experience delivering in a regulated industry (medical devices, aerospace, etc.) with knowledge of IEC 62304 and ISO 14971.
