Manage global supply chain operations and expedite critical orders.
- •The Global Sourcing Manager will oversee the live order tracker for all open purchase orders across global suppliers, expediting critical orders, and managing supply chain reporting.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the live order tracker for all open purchase orders across global suppliers.
- •Expedite critical and at-risk orders before they hit the schedule.
- •Run the weekly and monthly supply chain reporting rhythm.
- •Act as the supply chain liaison across multiple project sites.
- •Travel to vendor facilities and project sites to validate manufacturing progress.
- •Requirements Experience in expediting orders in capital equipment or industrial environments.
- •Ability to maintain order-tracking systems and communicate status, risk, and recovery plans.
- •Skill in reading engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase order documentation.
- •Experience coordinating across multiple project sites or workstreams.
- •Ability to write and communicate clearly to deliver root cause analysis and recovery plans.
