About the role
TL;DR
Build and own Rilla's IT operations and compliance infrastructure, leveraging AI for automation.
- •Rilla is seeking a Founding IT Operations lead to build and own the company's IT and compliance backbone.
- •This role will be responsible for establishing automated, AI-native systems for compliance and managing the IT infrastructure from the ground up.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and maintain SOC 2, and drive HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 to completion.
- •Automate compliance workflows with AI for continuous audit readiness.
- •Build systems, evidence pipelines, and processes for regulated environments.
- •Own device management, network troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations.
- •Stand up the IT foundation from scratch and choose tooling.
- •Requirements Strong technical foundation (CS background or equivalent).
- •Genuine fluency with AI tools and a track record of automating work.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication.
- •Comfort shipping in ambiguity and driving clarity.
- •Judgment to operate in regulated systems.
