- •Envoy is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Engineer (L5) to join their team.
- •This role is focused on delivering high-impact features and driving major product initiatives end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead major product features end-to-end: problem definition, solution exploration, system design, code execution, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- •Design and implement enterprise-grade services and user-facing experiences across the full stack.
- •Create clean abstractions and reusable systems that increase product velocity.
- •Own the quality, security, availability, and performance of the systems your team builds.
- •Provide mentorship and technical guidance to senior and mid-level engineers.
- •Requirements 10-12 years of software engineering experience shipping and operating production systems at scale.
- •Genuine full-stack depth: fluent in modern frontend and backend.
- •Strong system design skills in data modeling, API design, and building for scale, security, and reliability.
- •Demonstrated ability to elevate a team through mentorship and setting technical standards.
- •Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design.
