TL;DR
Define and enhance the payments experience for Ziina users.
- •To fuel the next stage of our growth journey, Ziina is expanding our world-class Product team: We’re looking for a Payments Experience Product Owner to own the customer’s experience when sending and receiving payments.
- •Key Responsibilities Define your team's roadmap and success metrics to align with company goals.
- •Understand your customers inside out and stay close to how people actually behave.
- •Design and implement experiments, initiatives and features from inception to launch.
- •Be creative and ambitious: propose bold ideas and create new concepts.
- •Build a culture of fast iteration with a quick and efficient turnaround of designing and shipping new experiences.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth tech company or in a banking/finance-related area.
- •Higher-education degree in a STEM field.
- •Strong empathy for users and eagerness to conduct user research and run user testing.
